About BRICKADOO

Award winning series of products
The award winning range of Brickadoo products comes in thirteen different models. Coming complete with small foam figures and a base-plate, each model can be interlinked to form a part of a street plan which can be laid out as a complete village or town. Brickadoo releases new models on a regular basis.

88% buy more than 1 Brickadoo construction set
Roughly 80% of all market launches are unsuccessful. During the launch period people may well want to make a trial purchase, but then leave it at that. One reason is that manufacturers show too little concern for what customers actually want. Brickadoo listens and is open to suggestions from all. If there is a demand for more models, then more are brought out. If there are calls for a special building, a castle is quickly brought out. Brickadoo has only just been introduced and there are already more than 12 models
available.
Brickadoo has been around long enough to know that this can be called a success. Readiness to buy the product again is high. Some 88% of first-time buyers say they will buy more Brickadoo.

Brickadoo models have to be constructed in the same way a builder would construct a house.
Building from plan, the sequence of laying brick on brick is exactly the same as carried out by professional builders. With corner stones of different shapes, and roof supports included, children become totally absorbed in the
Brickadoo culture of systematic building using a diagrammatic plan as their guide. The wooden doors and window frames add to the reality. Using a gluten free dissolvable cement mix, children are completely safe from any reactions that may occur to the skin or by accidental ingestion. The cement dissolves almost immediately when immersed in cold water, and this means that they can break down and rebuild as often as they wish.

High Street Retailers
Brickadoo is sold in over 18 countries worldwide including the USA. For a new product, winning a permanent place on the shelf is quite a feat. Retailers are, with good reason, only interested if a product enhances the range they already sell and will attract new customers. In that respect, Brickadoo is flying high, which is why two of the biggest Dutch toy retailers have included it in their ranges. Bart Smit and Toys"R"Us are Brickadoo resellers and Intertoys will be next autumn

Fund Raising
The products have been used by thousands of children to raise monies for charities in association with schools, clubs and communities. In 2007 over Euros 1 million was raised for one charity alone in Holland.

Real Bricks and Mortar
Brickadoo is new and innovative in the way it has created a real “Bricks and mortar” environment with which to build.
